Submission tracker

The submission tracker shows, in real time, which pupils have submitted their marks for a test. It's designed to be left on screen during a lesson so you can see progress at a glance.

Reading the tracker

Choose a class and assessment. The grid lists each pupil with whether they've submitted and the time of their most recent submission. It refreshes automatically every few seconds, so new submissions appear without you reloading the page.

Marking a submission by hand

If a pupil can't submit for themselves, you can mark them as submitted manually. The tracker records who entered each result — whether it was the pupil, an import, or you — so authorship stays clear.

After the lesson

Once submissions are in, review the results in the markbook and reports. Students submit their own marks from Submit feedback when you've opened a test for input.
