Reports

RAG by topic, historic averages and downloadable reports.

Reports

The reports screen turns your class's marks into the analysis you teach from: a RAG breakdown by topic, trends over time, and printable reports for pupils and colleagues.

RAG by topic

The main grid shows a RAG (red / amber / green) rating for every topic in the scheme of work, with pupils down the side and topics across the top. Each cell shows the band and percentage, so you can see at a glance which topics the class has secured and which need reteaching.

Historic averages

A line chart shows the average for each test across the last several academic years, so you can see how this year's cohort compares with previous ones. If you prefer figures, a data table gives the same numbers.

Downloads

Depending on what you've selected, you can download:

DownloadFormatNotes
MarkbookXLSXThe class year-group markbook as a spreadsheet.
Student reportsPDFOne report per pupil (choose an assessment first).
Class reportXLSXAggregate report for the class (choose an assessment first).

Choose a class first, and an assessment where the download needs one. The RAG grid is built from question-level marks, so make sure they're entered — see Enter marks.
