Submit feedback

Enter your own question-by-question marks for a test.

Submit feedback

Submitting your own marks question by question is the recommended way to get your results into Ampil. When your teacher opens a test for student input, you enter your marks yourself — this helps you reflect on exactly where you did well and where to improve, and it's the primary source of your question-level data. Your teacher then verifies it (see below).

Filling in your marks

The page lists every question in the test. For each one, enter the mark you scored, up to the marks available for that question. You can leave a question blank if you're not sure — a blank is treated as "no answer yet", not as a zero.

Saving your submission

When you save, your marks are recorded against your name. As you go, Ampil shows a per-question comparison so you can immediately see which topics are strengths and which are targets. Your teacher can see that you submitted these yourself.

After submitting

Your dashboard and progress by topic update to reflect what you entered. Your teacher records the test total separately as a check that your entries add up correctly, and can override your marks if something needs correcting. If a revision list is available, use it next — see Revision list.
