Users and access

This screen manages who can sign in and how pupils join. It lists both staff accounts and student login accounts, and gives you the controls to keep access tidy and secure.

Staff accounts

The staff list shows each user's name, email, role and whether their account is active. Use it to review who has access; invitations and role changes are made on the Teachers and staff screen.

Student accounts

The student list shows each pupil's login, email and the subject records linked to it. From here you can reset a pupil's password — which generates a one-time link for them to set a new one — regenerate a pupil's join code, or delete a student account.

Join codes and domain whitelist

Students join subjects with a join code and their date of birth (see Join a subject). You can regenerate a code if it's been shared too widely, and set a domain whitelist so only email addresses from your school's domains can register.

Both lists are paginated for large schools.
